This 3-hour, one-on-one experience is designed for anyone who feels called to work with crystal singing bowls but isn’t sure where to begin—or wants to feel more confident in how they’re playing. You’ll learn how to properly play crystal bowls in a way that feels natural, steady, and intuitive. We’ll go over technique, pressure, pace, and how to create clear, consistent tones without strain or second-guessing. This is a hands-on, personalized session where you’ll have the space to ask questions, practice in real time, and receive guidance tailored to you. By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more confident in your ability to play, trust your rhythm, and create sound that feels grounding and supportive—for both yourself and others. 3-hour private session | $150 **Note: If you don’t have bowls yet, that’s completely okay. Once your deposit is placed, you’ll receive a curated list of options to help you choose bowls that feel aligned for you. But please be prepared to spend at least $350 if you would like a full set of 7. There are also options to buy 2-3 bowls instead of 7. (These are NOT affiliate links! And the investment on bowls will be in addition to the price of this class).** Introduction to Voice + Crystal Bowls (Optional Add-On): Voice + Crystal Bowls ($75 | +1 hour) For those who feel called to incorporate their voice, you have the option to extend your session by one additional hour. In this add-on, you’ll learn how to gently layer your voice with the bowls in a way that feels natural and supportive to your body—not forced or performative. We’ll explore: *How to tone and vocalize alongside the bowls *How to stay grounded in your breath while using your voice *How to work through hesitation or self-consciousness around sound *How to let your voice become a tool for regulation and expression This is especially supportive if you’ve felt blocked, unsure, or disconnected from your voice, or if you want to deepen your sound healing practice.
