My Background
I'm a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®Master, Certified Sound Healer and the owner of Healing with Selenia LLC.

I started my journey as a Usui Reiki Practitioner in 2016 and have since upgraded to a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master and then Holy Fire Reiki Karuna Master through Julie Sotteck of Dragonfly Dreams LLC.
In 2022 I started my Sound Healing Journey and became certified in 2023 after 8 months of immersive training through Singing for Your Wild Soul with Holistic Vocal Coach and Sonic Sound Healer, Kimberly Joy Rieli. I then continued my training through the Shift Network with renowned Sound Healer, David Gisbon.
I have also taken Shamanic Journeying Classes through Stacie Codino of Spirit Awakenings and Jan Engles of LightSong School.
In addition I have years of training and experience in the healing power of essential oils and aromatherapy.​
What drew me to this work?
After experiencing for myself how Reiki and Sound Healing shifted my own healing journey with anxiety and trauma, I became very passionate about helping others in this way. I love weaving Reiki and Sound Healing together to create a unique healing experience for the people I'm working with. My mission is to support individuals in returning to their own energy, their own truth, and their own rhythm by offering a unique approach to energy healing by providing personalized Holy Fire Reiki sessions, Sound Healing sessions, and Sound Journeys to work through anxiety, nervous system regulation, and trauma.​
