No Contact means you will NOT recieve any energy update after the session is over. But I will let you know when the session is completed so you can be sure to drink a lot of water after and any other self care you feel is important.

Please do not send someone else's name without their permission. Reiki DOES NOT work against free will. If they are in a situation where they can't consent (like a coma or something like that), you may try to submit their name but please keep in mind that they will only recieve Reiki if their Soul consents to recieving.
