These Reiki sessions are for highly sensitive, empathic individuals who feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or stuck in a constant state of tension from years of caring for others and pushing their own needs aside. This work helps your system shift out of stress and into a calmer, more stable state—leading to clearer thinking, less emotional reactivity, better sleep, and stronger personal boundaries. Clients leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more grounded, with changes that continue to show up in daily life long after the session ends.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your session, please contact me at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations after the 12 hour mark as well as no shows will be charged 20% of whatever service they originally booked. If it is an emergency, please email me at selenia@healingwithselenia.com. Once the session has started, they are non-refundable.
