Meet Selenia
Hello. I'm Selenia, a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master/Practitioner and certified Sound Healing Practitioner devoted to guiding others back home to themselves.
For almost a decade, I’ve walked alongside healers, empaths, and those navigating anxiety or trauma—offering space for deep relief, gentle re-connection, and lasting empowerment. I believe healing doesn’t have to be harsh to be powerful. Sometimes, the most profound shifts happen when we feel safe enough to finally let go.
I hold space with tenderness and intention, weaving Reiki, Sound & Vocals, Aromatherapy, Shamanic Practices, Self Discovery, and Ritual into sessions. My approach is intuitive and trauma-aware, grounded in the belief that every person holds the wisdom and capacity to return to wholeness.
What lights me up most is witnessing the moment someone realizes how good they can actually feel again—the moment their face lights up, their shoulders drop, breath deepens, and they remember who they are beneath the pain and the overwhelm.
My practice is rooted in the spiritual and natural worlds. I draw inspiration from the earth, the subtle language of energy and from Source. I welcome you exactly as you are, and I invite you to experience the beauty of reconnecting with your true self.

Healing with Selenia is a holistic business centered business dedicated to wholeness and spiritual well-being. My work primarily supports individuals experiencing trauma, chronic stress, and anxiety, but it also benefits those seeking pain relief, emotional balance and deep relaxation. My mission is to support individuals in returning to their own energy, their own truth, and their own rhythm by offering a unique approach to energy healing by providing personalized Holy Fire Reiki sessions, Sound Healing sessions, and Sound Journeys to work through anxiety, nervous system regulation, and trauma.
Offerings
My services encompass Holy Fire Reiki, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, and Sound Baths. I specialize in personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to each client's specific needs, as well as long term healing and coaching programs for deeper, lasting transformation. In addition to individual services, I lead group Meditations and Sound Baths to promote community healing and connection. For those interested in learning these practices and techniques themselves, I also teach Reiki certification courses and Self Sound Healing courses. In addition. I also focus on serving individuals recovering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
