Join me for this virtual Friday the 13th Holy Fire Reiki Meditation & Somatic Experience.
This experience brings in a high frequency of healing energies that puts one into a more receptive state for healing. It is highly effective at removing negative energies from the physical body, aura, and Chakras and works to release any blocks that the person chooses (emotional, spiritual, or otherwise). A block is something that could be holding us back from achieving a certain goal, from moving on from a situation, from opening our hearts fully, from fully trusting, ect. This can be caused by fear, trauma, anxiety, and so on.
We will start with simple breath-work and grounding to get centered. Then we will work on identifying our individual blocks which will be done through somatic exploration. Don't worry, as this information will not need to be shared unless you choose to do so. Bringing…
